Dedicated parking space is available at €120 for the duration of your stay. As spots are limited, we encourage you to book early to secure your spot.

Cleaning is provided for all common spaces. However, students are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their own rooms.
Students can optionally use cleaning services for their room at an extra cost. Cleaning services must be ordered two (2) days in advance at the reception or at studenthalls@frederick.ac.cy

Costs:

1. €20 for standard cleaning.
2. €35 for premium cleaning, which encompasses thorough room cleaning including windows cleaning.   

A mandatory check-out cleaning fee of €50 is applied. This ensures the room is left in excellent condition for the next resident.

For your convenience, you can purchase a welcome pack containing essential items, such as bedding, towels, kitchenware, and cookware sets, for €400.
