The room price includes all essential utilities to ensure a hassle-free living experience. Here's what's covered:

1. - Electricity: Your room price covers the cost of electricity consumption, allowing you to use appliances and lighting without any additional charges.
2. - Water: Water usage is included in the room price, ensuring access to clean water for your daily needs without worrying about extra bills.
3. - Internet Access: Stay connected with complimentary internet access provided as part of your room package. Whether for academic research, communication, or entertainment, enjoy seamless connectivity throughout your stay.

Our Payment Plan offers the convenience of spreading your accommodation fees across three equal installments, ensuring manageable payments throughout the academic year. 

Payment schedule:

1. a. The first installment is due on September 1st allowing you to settle a portion of the accommodation fee at the beginning of the academic year.
2. b. The second installment is scheduled for December 1st
3. c.  The final installment falls on March 1st.

By offering these three installment dates, we aim to accommodate your financial needs and provide a convenient payment schedule that aligns with your academic calendar.

Upon reserving accommodation and the signing of the contract, you will need to pay a deposit of €1000 and the first installment.

The above-mentioned deposit is retained until the expiration of the contract and until the delivery of the studio. On the day of the return of the studio, an Administration Officer will inspect the studio in order to determine that it is returned in the same condition in which it was received on the day of the move in.

Costs of repairing any damages to the studio and its equipment and/or furnishings (beyond fair wear and tear), will be deducted from the deposit.
