The signed Check-In Form is returned to the Accommodations Officer, in order to receive their studio’s card/entry code.
During check-out, the Administration Officer will inspect, in the presence of the student, the condition of the Studio and its equipment, ensuring they are in suitable condition, considering reasonable wear and tear. In cases where unjustified damages and impairments to the Studio and equipment are identified, the University retains the right to withhold a reasonable amount from the provided security deposit as compensation.

However, there are no refunds for early move-outs as the booking term is fixed for 50 weeks starting from the last Monday of August.
